Charlie Cummings of Charlie Cummings Gallery in Gainesville, FL, has offered to host  the benefit sale for K12clay.  These are donated ceramic works from major and well known ceramic artists, with the proceeds directly coming back to grow the Scholarship Fund of The National K-12 Ceramic Exhibition Foundation. The on-line auction and sale are coming up live on-line within a week, to begin June 4-26th. Perhhaps, as we go forward, we can keep the sale a permanent feature within the ceramics community. If clay people and collectors understood that the K-12 gallery was run by and for the ceramic education community whose work together was tangibly paying for our best kids to go to school. To learn more about K-12, go to www.K12clay.org.
